Where Is the Best Place to Live if You Want a Farm?
I want a farm to grow corn, pumpkins and other vegetables. I also want a barn for my antique tractors and trucks. My girlfriend wants a horse barn to breed, sell, and bored horses. We both like snow, but not really hot summers, not too far from home( Massachusetts), cheap as possible and around 10 acres. We want to also have some woods around us, a small pond, stream, and away from highways. We both like Wisconsin, but not really positive about it.

I would suggest you do a road trip with your girlfriend and drive from your home in Massachusetts to Wisconsin and look at the countryside with your criteria you noted.
Pass through Indiana, Illinois and Missouri on your way to or from Wisconsin.
I’m a farmer but I up in Alberta Canada, so too far to suggest that to you.

In the country. Look around for some property for sale. Sometimes you will find what you want already built, if not buy the acreage and build your own.
