Equine pine pellets for bedding cat litter?
I currently use feline pine and it has been suggested from and sometimes in the wood pellets (from type used in pellet stoves) are a substitute of equal opportunities and much cheaper. Unfortunately my farm supply store carries only pellets wood in the season. But I saw an ad in Tractor Supply Co. for Pellet equine pine beds, and I guess that is similar or equal. TSC is out of my way and I thought I would get advice before going to look if you're wondering why I did not just go by myself! You can not beat the price: for sale at $ 10 for two bags 40 pounds, while Feline Pine is $ 8 for a 20 lb. bag Wal-Mart! By the way is a great thing and I want that changed my year. I use pine boxes horse in my cat and my ferret litter. I think it's great! purchase of inputs and tractor too!
