My Huge Cousin Lifting a Tractor!

heres a short clip of my 340 lbs cousin lifting the front end of an old tractor. he benches like 490 lbs too!

    @junior2004hasz I lived on a farm as akid got pretty strong but for maximum muscle gain you cant exceed 1 hour a day in the gym. you need full muscle recovery. i prefer being natural and I am one of the strongest natural people. could of been worlds strongest probably if i roided up and so on im only 21 atm but chose not too. not even protien supllements aswell. countrys kids can get strong but wont get full potentional unless you use weights or increase farm weight activity periodicaly

    @junior2004hasz powerlifting is alot less agile, I used to powerlift in highschool but then I grew some balls and learned that its dumb and fucks your joints to hell powerlifting causes way more injuries aswell. im all for going hard and so on but stil lwant to be strong when im 40 years old. not a broken down old man. and bodybuilders are strong if they train right. all the muscle isnt just for show. also. if you lower the weight 100 pounds on most lifts powerlifter will gas out alot sooner
