how about a 720 john deere diesel standard?
don’t blame you for switching over to green after putting up with MM
were gonna keep the MM’s but were gonna look for a 4455 or like a 4560 for a big tractor and id like to find another 4240 or eavn a 4440 if i can find a good one
These reappeared in late 1974 as the 147hp White 2-150 Field Boss
have any idea why this tractor never came with the over under transmission? It only has six forward gears
I own several MMs. Use them all the time. We used to have a JD 4020 which was ok. My cousins have a 2750 JD and dont like it, hard to get on and off, sits awkward. I dont like it either. Some people put up with that because it is a JD. It took JD several years to have features other makes had like power shift and tilt steering. Some of the features that are common place now on most all tractors started with MM…namely cabs and front wheel assist.
why do u have a allis chalmers video in your favorits if you hate AGCO!!!!!!!!!!!
I dont know what you guys are talking shit about MM’s for. My in-laws bought a M670 brand new, its sat out in the weather its entire life, been beat all to hell, & has never failed. ONCE.
wow talk about a work horse that tractor has got some serious hours on it and still running strong
We use nothing but Minnie’s, Olivers, and AC. AGCO Rules, you can’t kill them. Deere fans are crazy, open your eyes, back in the day you seen more AGCO farms then Deere Farms.
thats like my farm but we use cockshutt 2
they are better then john deere
i have a minnieapolis moline UTU, wish i was rid of it
cant beat them M-M diesels!!
Agco rules!!!!!! My uncle’s farm has all MF tractors and only one peice of JD, the disk……lol.
Thanks for the walk-around…
The old girl sure is nice sounding and straight to boot!
I’ve been an IH guy my whole life but just recently (Jan.) bought a MM G1355 b/c I’ve always thought they looked tough.
I really like it so far but haven’t actually had it in the field yet. I can tell you I AM looking forward to it!
Hey thanks. I actualy sold that tractor back in december to a colector out in Iowa. I doubt it will ever get used in the field again from the way they talk. But from the few years that I owned it , it was a pretty good tractor. great Ag Bagger tractor
@99paystar5000 Nice sounding tractor!!! Could you tell me what the differences are between the G 1050 and the G 1355? Thanks!!
I will tell this i love old tractors and just old things they always fasinate (i think fasinate is spelled wrong forgive me) me. Just like them old oh i forget what year they are but it looking they are just running from a little box its so neat. and dont for get my favorite kind of tractor the old steam engine type of tractors.
Spent two summers driving one of these on my Grandfather’s farm. didn’t have headlights though, nor double tires but could pull every day, all day without any problem.
Sure looks like 60′s Oliver sheet metal for the most part.
@kblackav8or Oliver, MM, and Cockshutt all owned by White Motors at this point
@dalekrueger
I’ll take them off your hands if you don’t like them.
@99paystar5000 i tink i saw that on tractor house.com.i really wanted to buy it
BAD ASS MM!!!!
