I Need One Million for My Project (Arable Farming) How Do I Get the Money?
I have access to land measuring >200 hacters, 150 debushed ready for ploughing, own a small tractor (Merssy Ferguson 135). Therefore I need financial support to purchase a bigger tractor plus its implements to part-take in the ecconomic diversification, employment creation and contribute to food security in Botswana (Southern Africa).

I don’t think that you need a bigger tractor, or a pile of money to get started.
Use what money you have to buy as much seed as you can, and fuel, and plant a crop on as much land as you can afford. After you harvest that crop and sell it take the money and buy more seed for your next crop.
If this farm is going to make a go of it you will be plowing and planting more acres for each crop until you are farming all of the land available. Then you can look at more land. And bigger equipment.
Larger equipment costs a lot of money and the only way to get a loan for it from a reputable lender is to do two things:
First you need to prove beyond any doubt that you can repay the loan. You need to have a track record of successful farming and crops.
Second you need to have collateral. An unplowed field shows the potential, but it is just a field. It is not collateral. Now a 40 acre farm that is producing crops at a profit is collateral.
