Farm Tractor Problem?
We have a New Holland TC40D farm tractor and it won’t start. My brother figured out that a safety switch was tripped so the tractor "thinks" there is running machinery on the back when there isnt. Does anyone have a clue how to override this or fix it? Thanks!

I didn’t know there was a safety switch… Is the tractor in Neutral and do you have the brakes applied and you don’t have the PTO activated?
If this doesn’t fix it then I would call the dealer…. if there is a switch you don’t want to override it…. this would be a safety feature.
