i have pretty much the exact same model..ive own a cat 420 before this one.pretty much the same the case has more speed and more power but the cat has a better counterweight

Case 580 super L series 2 are probably the best backhoes ever made. John Deere 310 or 410 SG’s are next or better depending on what you’re doing. Cat backhoes though….big turds.

I’ve been asked opinion on JCB (british crap) John Deere (poor visibility while digging) Cat (not enough dig reach) & 6 of us workers picked CASE !

keep your dipper vertical when you use the extend a hoe. i mean you dont have to but its a lot less wear and tear on the hoe….

how many mph does it go on the road

they need a big counter weight for the over size banana boom that severs no purpose.

@probot65 Bullshit! Case is garbage. All sheet metal. My 8 ton 1550 jcb would rip through that case as if it were tin foil!
