Can You Operate Atv on Public Roads for Hauling or Pulling Farm Equipment in Michigan?

i would like to hall some hay on a trailer, would this be legal

    In most states, it is legal to use ATV’s on public roads for farm purposes. I would notify your local police agency beforehand so they can know that you will be out there. This is just in case some idiot calls the police and turns you in for riding an ATV on a public road.

    You would have to have brake lights and turn signals. Your best bet would be to get a trailer and a truck and do it that way.
